Avant de s'engager, il faut prioritairement effectuer un bilan professionnel c-à-d évaluer ses forces et ses faiblesses en accord avec les objectifs de carrière que l'on s'est fixé. Et une fois ce travail préalable effectué la seconde est de définir clairement les objectifs de renforcement que l'on veut atteindre : gestion de projet IT, cybersécurité, stratégie d'entreprise, etc. Ce travail préalable permettra d'investir efficacement le temps imparti pour sa croissance personnelle.
