For instance, if a usability issue directly affects the core functionality or safety of the product (akin to fulfilling physiological needs in Maslow's hierarchy), it should be addressed with utmost urgency to prevent user frustration or even abandonment. On the other hand, issues that are more cosmetic or ancillary (comparable to fulfilling esteem or self-actualization needs) can be addressed later, once the critical issues are resolved. Eventually this exercise is about efforts vs ROI.

UX is all about the user as its name says, howevere this needs to be strategic. It does not mean not to acknowledge feedback (nobody wants to be Instagram here) but rather understanding and even communicating if the product has already been launched what can be done immediately. We like to use a matrix to understand how urgent is it and our capacity to do it. After that we hierarchize the tasks in order to reach the best humanly possible results

This involves reassessing navigation structures, revising interface layouts, or simplifying complex tasks to enhance user interaction. The primary objective is to make the product more intuitive and less frustrating for users. Our redesign efforts will be directly informed by the feedback received, ensuring a focus on improving usability at every step.
