What do you do if you suspect a conflict of interest in relationship building?

As your relationship grows with a company, and you notice a change in dynamics of personnel and one person doesn’t feel as needed, and is also left out of the decision-making, relationships tend to have more stress on them.

Once you identify the personal conflict you have with the change of dynamics in roles created in the workplace. You can assess the outcome most likely to happen. in the case of being left out of the decision-making, you feel like you’re not being kept in the loop because of lack of communication. Therefore your place in the company doesn’t seem as important as it was before.

Once you open the line of communication and let the person in charge know how you feel and express your concerns about it, and your part that has changed in the company, you would feel like somebody would take some action. So you wait for the action to be taken.

If I suspect someone might be favoring their own interests over mine when building a relationship, I'll communicate openly and express my concerns authentically. This authenticity and discussing boundaries can help navigate and mitigate any potential conflicts in future.
