I understood the scope of the project and engaged the stakeholders to illustrate their current state of working and also find out what they intend to achieve which is their future state, I used my analysis skills to help research and analyze the gap and also engaged them to validate.

Part of the clarification goals is that stakholders can understand the organizational context about goals and how it implicate them in operational activities: the goals are defined to get madurity and capacity on integral way. Each meeting with them, repass how data archicture decision will meet the goals and how the goals improve & solve the organizational context with capacity and madurity on specific need of the stakeholders.
