As a tester: always try to record a stack trace from the crash and pass it to the developer. Make sure it lists all running threads and says which thread crashed. Surprisingly, this can often be enough for a developer to find the problem and provide an appropriate solution.

"you should not expect developers to test their own code" ??? You definitely should, and I don't know any serious developer who doesn't do it. But the fact is that a good tester will test the developer's change more thoroughly. Although it happens that a developer is doing internal refactoring inside the code that he is not able to easily run - in this case, the responsible developer invites a tester to confirm that the refactoring did not introduce any regression. However, this should be done before the change is released into production code.

Recomendo como material de leitura o livro BDD in Action, é uma referência no tema e me ajudou bastante a implantar a metodologia.

As a developer, you are a tester. As a tester, you are a developer. The common understanding of the system's responsibilities and how it should behave joins these two guys together in the name of good cooperation. There is no way of providing a good product when a company keeps development and QA departments separated. So, keep these teams working together on a daily basis, not just before the release.

Apart from both Developers and Testers solving the issue, we have to involve the Scrum Master, Product Owner and other team members in discussing the issue. We also can use different Technologies which are available in the market to develop complex issues or to write code or to do Testing. The complex issue should first be finalized in the requirements phase and then brought to the next stage. Then the tool or Technology should be decided. We can involve SME or domain Experts from across the Company. Take inputs from all the team members. If its the Requirements issue then it should be finalized by the Product Owner. There should be good knowledge on the technology being used to develop the User Story.

We must work together to achieve the goals and every one has a role that's why we must collaborate each other and celebrate the success and not forget learning from failures.
