I will inspect the product from the beginning to try to find out where the fault lies. 1] First of all I will inspect the raw material. 2] Then I will inspect the further process. 3] Will take feedback from the team. 4] If any machine is in use, I will inspect it also. Only then will I reach some conclusion.
