Selon moi, combiner la diversité et la performance sont les leviers d'une co création. Je ne me fis pas aux indicateurs non pertinents qui viennent fausser la perception des plus significatifs. L'atteinte à l'excellence opérationnelle, est la composante essentielle dans la métamorphose de l'organisation traditionnelle. Plutot que de m'en tenir aux seuls indicateurs, j'opte pour une approche hollistique en matière de pilotage de l'activité et d'aide à la décision en intégrant plusieurs indicateurs. Si les mesures sont peu performantes, il est primordial de s'en détacher et/ou de les affiner avec l'ensemble des équipes. It's important to assess the metrics' relevance in the current business landscape. As priorities and market conditions evolve, some metrics may lose relevance while others become more critical. Additionally, analyzing how different metrics interact can offer valuable insights into the impact of changes in one area on another, enhancing decision-making.

It's funny, I was recently speaking with my certification training group about this (or similar). We can sometimes focus on the "data" that is getting our attention (i.e. turnover), rather than the data than needs our attention (i.e. inexperienced leaders). We can't always depend on what we perceive to be obvious, we have to clearly define our objectives and goals and not be too myopic to allow more informed decisions to prevail. The lagging and leading metrics here are great examples of a broader or bigger picture look: customer satisfaction vs customer engagement.
