Our team was honored to join Travelers Insurance to pack healthy meals for families in our community with Utah Community Action’s Head Start program. It was an incredible experience for our team to support a program that does so much for Utah families. Yesterday, we were honored to host an exclusive class for members of the Utah Assisted Living Association, featuring Amy Snetsky, Senior Risk Management Consultant with The Hanover Insurance Group. Amy led an insightful discussion on effectively avoiding and managing liability claims and detecting and reporting abuse. With over 800,000 Americans currently living in assisted living facilities, and projections showing significant growth in this sector, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents is more important than ever. As the demand for senior care rises, so does the need for healthcare professionals to be well-equipped to prevent liability claims and recognize signs of abuse, both of which are crucial to maintaining high standards of care.
