Don't try to cheat the system. If an organization is looking for somebody with different characteristics, you should never add words to your resume that don't belong to you. What you should do is add words which are very close, very similar, to the ones you already have utilized, or those used in the job description which have minor differences in comparison to yours. Don't use white fonting, it might help you pass the ATS screening, but a human being may see them, and then you could lose credibility if those words have nothing to do wit you.

Technology is always changing, so resist being the first in-line to use the latest and greatest. It may not be. We don't want your prospective employer to imagine you taking paper clip inventory, when they need a strategic leader.
