When interviewing, the interview likes to be told a story - present the problem you faced firstly - then explain you content strategy plan that you envisaged and finally outline the implementation and learnings. Any unintended consequences discovered shows a real attribute for critical, positive self analysis. How the interviewer responds will tell you a lot about the organisation.
