In addition to above , and in case of remote working in my view statistical data of a previous blocks near to the specific plot which need the investigation, can be strong indicator. Although building design depends on soil investigation results So basing design to inaccurate data will cost more specifically in foundations, the weaker the soil the deeper the foundation and the expensive money will be spent,
