What do you do if you make common mistakes during a data engineering internship?

Definitely when data engineers are in their internships they may think that asking for help people may percieve them as not qualified,not doing so can lead to challenges such as missing deadlines,data quality issues ,data missing ,and yes asking for help is not a sign of incompetence

Not reading a task! In my experience, it's a mistake most often. Googling too long at the start of a career. If you can't Google for a couple of hours, ask for help.

1. Recognize the importance of seeking assistance to overcome challenges. 2. Understand that asking for help demonstrates initiative and a commitment to growth. 3. Be specific about your needs and reasons for seeking help. 4. Utilize appropriate communication channels and timing when requesting assistance. 5. Show appreciation to those who offer their support and provide updates on your progress.

Don't hesitate to ask for help when you're stuck or unsure about something. Your team and mentors are there to support you and help you learn.

Definitely this is also an issue when you dont test your code before deploying it,this code is rensponsible for the entire pprocess of the data engineering process,an error can lead to data loss,corruption,inconsistency and leads to losses in the project,write unit tests,and end to end tools ,also get someone with experience to review the code for you

Definitely documentation of work and projects comes in handy and it involves creating,modyfing and making data pipelines ,to ensure work is understtod even by future workmates its necessary for documenting the project ,wriring comments ,creating README FILES ,also other tools provide for this mechanism such as dbt where you can use the dbt docs serve and it will serve the documentation in the schema.yml file

1. Acknowledge the importance of thorough documentation for shared understanding and maintenance. 2. Employ clear and concise comments within code to enhance readability and comprehension. 3.
