If so, wouldn’t be valuable to understand the research more from their perspective as opposed to more Eurocentric forms of knowledge that would inform an deductive approach. I personally often choose an inductive first because our design practise mainly works with mainly marginalised communities & don’t want to confine my research findings to the status quo,ableist or western philosophies. However when I m carried out research as an aerospace and later nuclear engineer,I realised that many of the existing theories we relatively proven so a deductive approach was more appropriate
