Everyone is bound to have their opinion it is just that, you have to have an open mind, listen patiently don’t react, process all the information and feedback given, have a conversation and make sure to have your point of view as well in the discussion to aid the project in right directions. Change the focus of the conversation from “why don’t you like it?” to “how could I have made it better?” 2. Keep the focus on your strategy and how it can be tweaked to fit the bill 3. Meet them halfway, if there’s valid points add it to your plan 4. Re-pitch. Go back to the drawing board and rebuild the strategy. 5. Do it again till you get them to your side. You’ll be met with a ‘No’ often but sticking to what you think is right for the project, campaign, brand etc. is going to payoff if you strongly believe in it.
