The importance and urgency of each project needs to be assessed. The urgent/important matrix can help. Then clear goals for each of the projects needs to be set. Knowing what success actually looks like in each of the projects can go a long way in helping you to prioritise multiple projects that are seemingly as important as each other. A task and project management tool such as Asana can also help massively.
