While it's crucial to analyse and adjust based on the feedback you receive directly from clients, attendees, and team members, I don't underestimate the value of seeking feedback from diverse perspectives. This can include reaching out to industry peers, consulting with mentors or coaches, or even conducting surveys or focus groups with a wider audience.
