Look at multiple indicators. get in the weeds on issues such as the measurement of inflation. Crucial role of owner equivalent rent in CPI measure, and the ambiguous measure that it is - should be acknowledged explained. Balance overall indicators - e.g. employment patterns - with specific industries that may show different patterns. beware of bias - there is a whole cottage industry of so-called experts who make a living by being cassandras, finding the negatives in economic performance. call them out when they are wrong. don't just 'he said/she said.

U first have to educate yourself regarding what u are looking at. Once U understand this, then u need to figure out what it means I need t talk to experts to understand the aforementioned. Then given different opinions u either just report the data or If u must provide an interpretation then U must dig I and come to a conclusion Who u agree with if anyone.

Some times it happens when controversial Economic indicator fetches creates confused data environment which needs to be sorted out for the sake of optimal decision making.Traditional process is to reconcile such data with previous data &delving to search major reason(s) implicitly/explicitly root cause why such mismatch happens if it not competible to real scenarios or supplementary correlated date of same contemporary & in that case if both the data set ,original &supplementary are in same tune or not then to decide whether economic indicator is relaible or may be discarded.
