First thing first don't jump straight to blaming or criticizing your team members…… They likely had good intentions, and may have just gotten a little off-track…. Instead, sit down with them, listen to their thought process, and try to understand where the misalignment happened….Were the goals or priorities not clear enough? ….Did they lack the context or resources to make the right call? …Getting to the root of the issue is crucial.
