Critical Thinking is a learned skill and not purely a natural way of thought process (except a few blessed ones). But forms a "must have" as we progress on the leadership ladder. To build the same, few things we undertake are - Not to take Assumptions on their face value. Go behind why and what was assumed. - Build up logic to progress towards reasoning of any issue. - Thinking differently as against the trend of one thought process.

Celebrate achievements! This reinforces positive behaviors and encourages the motivation for continuous improvement. Finally, adapt. Be willing, and flexible, to adapt to needed changes depending on circumstances and any additional feedback.
