Clear the communication channels - make sure the discussion is about a real and valuable issue. You do not need to support one side, generally both are right and wrong at the same time. Never judge someone′s behavior. Just understand the reason behind it. This tips are the ones I took more time to learn, and not paying attention to them caused pain and sadness for my team and me. Allowing a week or so for the team to “cool down” and gain perspective on what happened is often helpful, but a long break threatens to lose the insights members have gained and to avoid closure—which actually can make it more difficult to “move on.”
