Si surgen conflictos en los equipos de machine learning por falta de inteligencia emocional, es importante abordar la situación mediante la promoción de la comunicación abierta y el respeto mutuo, proporcionar capacitación en habilidades blandas y fomentar un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y empático. No es algo muy de ML, pero en todo tipo de desarrollo en TI, tenemos que ser capaces de trabajar en equipo, y si eso no es posible es necesario remediarlo capacitando y demostrando con el ejemplo que el respeto, la escucha activa y otras habilidades, son intrínsecas al trabajo en equipo, sea donde sea que te encuentres trabajando.

Look at coaching them than providing your solutions to their problems. Coaching means - you empower them to solve their problems responsibly. Ask deep questions so that they are not acting on superficial or surface-understanding. The deeper you are able to make them think, more informed and responsible their response would be. More than half the disputes with others get resolved when internal issues are resolved.

Psychological safety is another important aspect to have during such times. Each of your team member must feel safe to express themselves, even if they have to share concerns involving you, as their supervisor. Appreciating their candid & critical feedback, genuinely acting on addressing them and improving upon previous state (how much ever miniscule it might appear), will give them the confidence that they are heard and valued.
