What are the differences between SQL Server full-text search and LIKE queries?

Full-Text: If you have data or information which you want from database, then it is perfect to use full text query instead of LIKE LIKE If you want data related to any word or details and if you don't have full text information, it is good to use LIKE. So, Both cases are an important while you are working with database. Also, there are some other things that most important - IN, IS NULL, IS NOT NULL, NOT IN, ETC THANKS.
