Real-time synchronisation is possible with various tools. I recommend Figma and Miro. This allows all employees to see what we are currently working on and can also make changes directly. This approach also makes it possible to keep the number of meetings as low as possible. As everyone is involved at all times, agreements are made at the start of the working day. Meetings for presentations are then no longer necessary. Meetings are then only held to present results with already validated features to the company management.

On the one hand, these comparisons relate to being able to prove that the product is being developed in the right direction of improvement. However, it also sometimes serves to return to a path that turned out to be better than the subsequent attempts.

A basic requirement for serious product development is that all assets are available online to all team members at all times. This includes the elements that determine the corporate design (typography, colour, consistencies, etc.), but also all the necessary production files, sorted by production section and competence.

Product development without prototyping would be pointless. It is essential to first clarify which problems or needs exist and which ones you want to solve. It is therefore essential to test with prototypes in order to find out whether a problem even exists or whether it has been solved.
