Offering good support are the minimum standard. Failing to do it jeopardizes company's reputation. In the other hand, offering premium services and engagement may lead to augmented visibility beyond company walls. The question, as a manager is why investing on it? Is there a natural high turnover and alumni influence can attract good candidates? Are there social licenses to operate that alumni can drive? Are they potential re-hires? Finally, measuring the return on investment is key. Identify the best metrics and costs associated for a rounded decision.
