In my experience, I have found that people hesitate to seek feedback. Feedback is essential to know and understand strengths and areas of improvement. Especially when it comes from your peers it becomes relevant and meaningful. Strengths will make you aware of positive indicators fostering your growth and areas of improvement which can help you focus on becoming better. If you want to grow in an organization, seek feedback and work on it. And request the person to give honest input on your progress. No feedback, no improvement! Seek feedback, seek improvement!

Peer feedback in Business Operations is important for your planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation .Peer feedback helps to prevent and or mitigate operational risks that you may not have identified,for instance, low supply level of items from an only supplier for a project that is choked of limited timeframe;peers can give an alternative quality supplier who will help to meet up your needed supplies within the desired time . Also Business Operations are systematic occasionally,therefore new technologies may be in need and training and retraining of staff,or tips, and insights to these technologies may be required for the new experiences;peers feedback on these necessary skills tips and insights are keys to your business growth.
