Contrary to the tendency to cushion feedback with positive notes, individuals often value candid and honest evaluations. This approach fosters a more transparent and constructive mentorship dynamic.

Mentoring is always a two-way process. Juniors are the window to a new generation, a new way of thinking and approaching life. For a mentor are an honour, a privilege, and an opportunity to transition mindset from an older generation to a newer one.
