I have been brining changes in the values, cultures, policies and processes in different Organizations In my experience, change management is always challenging. It’s people who have to align with the change. You as change agent should anticipate opposition and prepare yourself for it. Failure or any pitfall shouldn’t discourage you. It’s a step forward and you stay persistent in your approach.

Learning from the successes and failures of change initiatives is a journey rich in lessons, but there is a caution we must not ignore: not becoming too attached to success or failure in isolation. I have often seen people overly celebrating a success, thinking they have found the magic formula, only to be surprised by a failure later on. The truth is that both successes and failures are moments of learning. Success is not necessarily replicable in all situations, and failure should not be seen as a dead-end. Instead, we should look at both more broadly, identifying the key elements that contributed to the outcome, whether positive or negative. It's not just about what went right or wrong but why it worked or failed.
