Las herramientas asíncronas son un must si de innovación y trabajo en diferentes zonas horarias se trata. Pero para que funcionen adecuadamente, es imprescindible hacer acuerdos de equipo en el que se especifique que asuntos serán tratados de forma asíncrona y cuales no, identificando claramente que herramienta asíncrona se utilizará para que asuntos. Si esto se implementa y usa correctamente, muchas reuniones innecesarias se podrán evitar y se hará el trabajo mucho más eficiente, así como también, la distancia se gestionará de una mejor manera.

One particular context where global timezones are very influential would be the web and app services analysis and optimization, where you would conduct statistical tests. There most probably you would normalize the temporal context by simply using the local times. But it's a known fact that not all local times are equal for this purpose. Firstly, local time selection is somewhat arbitrary for countries, where temporal notions might have been slightly shifted. Second and more importantly, notions like evening, rush hour etc is very much dependent on locality and even dynamic throughout the year.
