O grande erro dos gestores é achar que devem estar ocupados 100% do tempo. E o desenvolvimento pessoal acaba ficando em segundo plano. Uma das estratégias mais eficazes é bloquear a sua agenda especificamente para esse tempo para estudar e se desenvolver. A agenda estando "travada" especificamente para isso, acaba criando a obriga??o e isso n?o cai para o segundo plano.

Live your business! The best way to learn a business is to live in it. This could mean working in a retail store, visiting clients, unloading trucks, working on the factory floor, etc. Another way to "live your business" is to be a customer. Shop like a customer, not an employee. Be anonymous (like an undercover boss). See what it's really like to be a customer.
