Just treat them like a human being. Too often we dehumanise our customers and treat them as just another 'deal' to win. Why not treat them like a person, be curious about them, show interest in them outside of the sales opportunity!
Know the “too much” point. When is checking in, or reaching out, communicating too much? There’s a sweet spot, somewhere between not communicating at all and too much. I am looking at something that will not cost much but have the maximum impact. New media such as social media will work for me. You just need to know which media most of your clients use and use it to connect with them.
