I once worked for a major university and we would run group interviews for a grad program people were applying to. Two things always stuck out to me in a negative way: 1. The person who dominated the conversation and talked just to talk 2. The person who was a high performer but didn't involve other people in the group. The best high performers don't just elevate the work, they elevate the entire team. Be sure to show your collaboration skills and ability to solve problems with other people. This means acknowledging people's contributions, asking questions, and listening. Grounded confidence is when you can lean in and out of leadership so don't feel like you need to dominate anything!
