Having made 3 career transitions, each time learning, growing and leading, here are actionable tips: - Share stories of adapting or leading transformation initiatives, like evangelizing new technologies for business benefit. - Showcase your empathy-led, creative problem-solving skills in unique situations. - Highlight continuous learning through courses and certifications. - Reflect on adapting based on feedback from peers. - Emphasize cultural adaptability in adversity and in diverse environments. - Illustrate flexibility in transitioning between roles or industries.

Actively connect the dots between the different projects you are working/ have worked on. For example, I've worked on a project with the Department of Transport to analyse crash data and reduce fatal accidents on the road, I've also worked on a project cleaning, preparing, and visualising COVID-19 data. Technically, despite the overlap in tasks, the former involved a lot more data exploration, whilst the latter was a more structured and repetitive process. But despite the differences in domain knowledge, skills, and mindset required, I enjoyed working on both projects and learnt quickly on the job [adaptability] because I was driven by the societal nature of both projects [dots connected].
