The quote by H. Truman goes 'it is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit'. In my opinion it's more valuable to keep the final goal in the mind. What is good for the team and the whole company. Important to be generous but also keep an eye on yourself. This is all about balance. Remember to put on your own oxygen mask before assisting others is another great quote we hear everytime we board a flight for some good reason. Taking care of yourself is also taking care of the team. Happy New Year!
