The best resources and workflows do not deliver in intended impact if individuals do not have time in their day nor are they empowered to make that time. So in addition to what has been shared here, invest in leadership philosophies in the organization, in training people managers around how to invest in and enable people, and themselves. After all, we must role model the behaviors we seek to scale.

Knowledge sharing isn't a technology problem. Sure, technology is important, especially for distributed teams. But even great tech can't overcome behavior and process gaps.
