In my view, one of the critical steps is to actively monitor and adjust the progress of the CSR project. This involves tracking performance against the decided plan, measuring impact against objectives, and reporting results to stakeholders. By, identifying and addressing issues like missed deadlines, overspent budgets, or unmet outcomes is essential. When necessary, revisions to deadlines or scope adjustments should be made, it should always be with the consent and collaboration of respective stakeholders. This ongoing monitoring and adjustment process ensures that the CSR project stays on track and continues to deliver value and impact!
