Create an events calendar, mapping all key celebrations, events and global awareness days then map these into your school year as assemblies, PSHE sessions, event days. Arrange trips and visits, guest speakers and events with other schools.

J’ai toujours travaillé en francisation avec des élèves immigrants adultes, alors dans une classe, je peux retrouver dix élèves de différentes origines. Lorsque j’organise des activités orales, les sous-groupes se forment de 2 ou 3 nationalités diverses. Cela développe effectivement les échanges interculturels et grace à ces activités, les conversations sont très intéressantes parce que les sujets sont nombreux et les opinions varient selon l’origine des étudiants, mais le respect règne toujours.

En ce sens, je valoriserais la diversité culturelle et j’encouragerais le respect mutuel entre les apprenants qui proviennent de diverses origines dans ma classe de fran?ais langue seconde. Je favoriserais les échanges interculturels en les invitant à partager et à apprendre les uns des autres. Je les inciterais à montrer de l’ouverture d’esprit et à accueillir les différentes perspectives et expériences de tous dans le plus grand respect. Finalement, je m’engagerais dans des actions concrètes pour la citoyenneté mondiale et j’inviterais les élèves à me suivre dans ces démarches.

J'enseigne à des immigrants adultes le fran?ais langue seconde, alors afin d'évaluer et d'améliorer mes pratiques en matière de citoyenneté, je réaliserais d'abord des questionnaires ou des discussions pour évaluer les connaissances et les attitudes des apprenants sur les enjeux mondiaux et la citoyenneté. Je les encouragerais à exprimer leurs opinions, leurs besoins et leurs suggestions concernant les activités liées à la citoyenneté mondiale en classe. Bien s?r, j'évaluerais les résultats de ces activités mises en place en matière de participation, d'engagement et de compréhension des apprenants. Je verrais ce qui a bien fonctionné et ce qui pourrait être amélioré. J'espère que cela contribuerait à un environnement ouvert sur le monde.
