I always advise to use domestic search engines such as Baidu while searching for data in China, using google country suffix with regional language as search tool and knowledge of advance search functions.

To overcome this, researchers should critically evaluate the methodology of the original studies, looking at sample sizes, sampling techniques, data collection methods, and the analysis performed. It's important to assess whether the data was collected in a way that is compatible with the current research question.
