Asking open ended questions from your potential colleagues and partners favorite areas of expertise, to biggest challenges they’ve faced and how they plowed through or walked around them, amongst others, help to build rapport. People like to display how they provide value, they like answering open ended questions that place them in a positive light and having consistent thought provoking dialogue gives a green light to be memorable.
