Look at how some of the world's biggest YouTubers take you from point A in the beginning of a video, to point Z at the end, whilst making you feel a tonne of emotion throughout, too. Plan your speeches the same, and your audience will thank you.

Finding a way for the audience to engage with each other will make the experience more interactive and memorable. visual are great tool. whenever you don't have to do slide show, try to be unique and different and bring another visuals. for example: when you have to show tool performence, instead of showing in a slide "how to" - bring the tool if possible - and show it - then move it around so everyone can physicly feel it.

Humor plays a huge role in helping to understand we all are human and we all make mistakes. I once started a session with a dad joke for a weekend session where weekend is strongest day of week as its where ‘ weak ends’ . It helped in waking up attendees for weekend session and humor can help all to have a laugh , forget outside world and center their mind to present. You can tie in humor to your story, to user story and merge them to share a real life problem.

People buy from people, and that's the same when it comes to listening to other people. If you can humanise your talk, and include humour to help lighten the mood (where appropriate), you'll be much more likely to keep the room engaged and listening.

Humor can be a great equalizer in presenting. Used lightly at the start of a presentation, humor can lower the speaker’s stress level and serve as an opportunity for connection with the audience from the start through a display of relatable authenticity. Humor sprinkled throughout a presentation can lighten challenging content, normalize errors, help the audience further contextualize the content within their daily lives, and otherwise deepen the audience’s connection to the content and speaker. I use feedback. At the beginning of a workshop or even a 60-minute talk, I ask the audience to break into trios and introduce themselves to the other two. After this brief personal introduction, I ask them to give one positive feedback to each other. This feedback is very superficial (because they don't really know each other), but that's the beauty of it. They receive a positive first impression. The positive energy in the room after such an exercise is palpable.

moving around while talking is more effective than standing behind a podium. in case it is more interactive and small audience - then you can ask question while moving around - it gives a feeling of less formal speech which the audience would feel comfortable to contribute.
