Para lograr que todos se sumen al cambio es fundamental poder comprender cuáles son los miedos y preocupaciones que genera ese cambio en los diferentes interesados, por ejemplo, el cambio de un software puede provocar preocupación en los colaboradores creyendo que perderán su puesto de trabajo. Como consultores debemos comprenderlos y capacitarlos para que comprendan que el cambio los ayudará a trabajar más eficientemente y que la idea es la mejora y no perjudicarlos. El acompa?amiento cercano durante todo el proceso con todos los involucrados será crucial par al éxito o fracaso del proyecto de cambio ya que será la forma del consultor de ganar la confianza de todos los involucrados y que logre comprometerse para colaborar.

This approach not only helps in identifying potential resistance early on but also fosters a sense of ownership and commitment to the change. A mistake to avoid is making decisions in isolation and informing stakeholders about changes only after the fact. This can lead to resistance, misunderstandings, and a lack of support for the initiative.
