Past working experience and man working approach help selection of better candidate. Basic qualifications essential , higher qualifications add advantage but not necessarily. Public relations pay additional advantage at certain level but a working culture and discipline should be maintained .

A standard fram work for first hand screening but person background, approach and talking play important role for selection of right person. Involving limited interviewers standardized the process, instead of multiple interviewers.

Very true. It is always expected to provide constructive and respectful feedback those who are not selected. No body is perfect and knowledge of everything providing support always boost moral and confidence to selected candidates.

This... This is exactly what's lacking with more than 90% of the companies, Ultimately leading to negative comments. Every time i'm done taking an interview, I can almost feel the candidate crying to just get a feedback, Any feedback. Positive or negative. This helps the candidate understand what went right and what went wrong. I would seriously want every recruiter out there to atleast keep enough courtesy to give out a simple one liner rejection message. If you don't have anything concrete, atleast tell them that their CV got rejected from the client's end. In most cases, Candidates will understand and will atleast be satisfied to know that they can apply elsewhere.

Background check is necessary but person adoption approach play important roles. Expecting organization working environment and changing with environment play important role on individual working. Social, cultural and people's play important role in working and ones should adopt it.
