As per my experience, Encourage the use of PPE to all and employees and ensure they are using it correctly and every time. Provide feedback and corrective actions as needed as well. Induction of open communication among employees regarding any concerns or issues related to PPE use. Address any questions or confusion at soonest. Ensure that PPE is readily available and allocated in the workplace and can be easily accessible to all employees who need it. Conduct a PPE fitness test and ensure the employees using it are fit (RPE) to utilize. Establish a policy and procedures in all aspect of the entity as well to ensure all employee are in compliance with the set rule. Provision of regular training and award ceremony to all employees

It's extremely important to follow the proper procedures on using and maintaining the PPE because if you don't you or someone could get injured. In the fire service I have seen individuals not put on PPE appropriately and they ended up getting burned.

The work squad uses PPEs such as (Gloves, glasses, helmets, shoes, coveralls, etc) and they think that we are using proper PPEs for the task. Unfortunately, most workers don't know, because they don't have proper training and knowledge, and they fail to use the exact PPEs for the activity.
