If you’re going through this exercise, it’s more than likely that you’re trying to enable and communicate something that’s new to the audience. Something you want them to retain, recall, and proactively use, share, or engage with. In my experience, the best way to document and communicate any piece of knowledge is through a story. This can be a (hypothetical) client case or a compelling analogy. Dry and technically dense enablement is easily forgotten. Stories are not.

2 Choose the format

Depending on the purpose and audience of your documentation and communication, you may choose different formats and media to document and share co-creation outcomes.
