Entendi e assumi este conselho n?o de maneira literal (roupas), mas em rela??o a tudo o mais: postura, profissionalismo, aquisi??o de novas competências, dedica??o nas horas trabalhadas, responsabilidades assumidas, entre outros. Na prática, percebi que quase nunca é uma boa ideia 'pedir uma promo??o', mas sim demonstrar, a todo momento e n?o apenas aos gestores, mas também aos colegas e subordinados, que você está plenamente qualificado para assumi-la.
