Typically as an installation or work this information can be left practically in a single sentence with the description after the medium and title of the work, or directly at the end of the description paragraph. If it is a power point or a paper then it becomes much easier to have these inspiration or traced design elements at the end of the work on a single last page for work cited. Specifically looking into graphic design made from other graphic design, if it is not original to the creator & has no placement for artist inflection, well considered title to the work could express enough information opposed to untitled.
