I find it very important to know at least a 95% what it is to be created. That is a major point in constructions and the first most important it is how it is planned. In my opinion, an 3D or 4D option should be always available, because maybe the client doesn't have a "space view" or the same practice to imagine the creation as the projector. I appreciate the struggle to design a whole plan back in the past and the attention to every detail, but i find it way easier and faster nowadays. There are so many tools and the possibilities are infinite.
