I would recommend to have a monthly or quarterly meeting ion showing up the financials of the company, the period depends on the volume and nature of the of business. I think showing up total revenue, total cost and net profit would be enough for the employees to give them a broader view of company performance. Additionally, the management should also discuss about the upcoming projects and its impact on financials. This again allow employees to plan and manage the projects appropriately.
