Vision is what drives management goals and achievements. A vision that is not clear is vague. The simplicity of a vision aids clarity and understanding to the team. Vision must communicate what is intended to be achieved and how to achieve it. This is what speaks it's volume. A leader must understand the vision, relate with the team members to align with it, contribute their quota, building a strong value to achieve the vision.

The quality of a team is in collaboration, until this is achieved, individual respective ideas cannot be seen in the spotlight. In a way to do this, is when a team leader, build a social interaction in between the team members. It would enhance easy interaction flow and build an healthy environment for team work.

We shouldn't underestimate its power in building an efficient team. Every member needs to be aware of shared objectives and feel comfortable to communicate their progress and challenges. Hybrid environments present a unique challenge to building culture. However the value of spending time with your teams has not changed. As a leader, this not only allows some personal time to connect with your team members, but gives them a one-on-one opportunity to learn more about who they are working with. Remembering children's names, team member's birthdays, hobbies, etc is a personal touch that let's them know leadership cares and builds trust amongst the team. Start every call with "how are you feeling? I know you were sick last week" or "I remember Johnny's birthday was yesterday, how was the party" and actually listen to what they have to say. A little time investment goes a long way in developing and enhancing team culture.
