é muito importante inicialmente saber em quais empresas deseja atuar, pois sabendo quais as empresas, você já poderá entrar em contato diretamente com os recrutadores dessas empresas e ir munido(a) de informa??es relevantes que te trar?o pontos na abordagem. Segue algumas dicas: 1. Sabendo quais empresas deseja, pesquisa sobre elas, assim poderá abordar o recrutador evidenciando seu interesse real naquela organiza??o, evitando ser só “mais um recrutador” que você está abordando em busca de emprego; 2. Evidencie o motivo por ter entrado em contato com esse recrutador (jamais aborde um recrutador que nem mesmo trabalha vagas techs naquela empresa); 3. Diga o motivo de sua abordagem de maneira breve e objetiva.
