Create the data template & share with stakeholders - many a time IT team is crucial here & ensure all have understood the data ask 3. Don't pull all the data at once, Pull samples first - validate them & then pull the entire data. This will help optimise data collection 4. Prepare & plan for iterative nature of data collection 5. Data is seldom complete, ensure you have ways to fix the gaps, assumptions to be made 6. Don't fixate on 100% accuracy. 80/20 rule is a friend. One would benefit more out of running multiple perspective on the analysis than waiting for best data and only run ONE analysis
